One Component Dispensing
One component resins are typically UV curable adhesives or materials used for sealing or bonding of parts such as silicones or acrylics.
Together with our business partner Viscotec Pumpen, a world leader in dispensing technologies, we combine the right solution to dispense your material at outstanding accuracy of less than 1% and with repeatability of more than 99%. That performance can be achieved even at high flow rates of few litres per minute.
Our solution can be extended with additional features such as removing air bubbles (degassing) agitation and circulation to avoid sedimentation as well as automatic feeding from original packaging like pails or drums.
Our engineering team will be happy to receive your request about any material (3M, Huntsman, ECOTEK, etc), and perform a wet test with your materials to proof our conceptual system design.
