UV-LED Curable Epoxy

We have developed several UV-LED curable epoxies, but specialize in creating custom uv epoxy formulations for specific requirements.
Our hands-on approach and creative, experienced technical staff are dedicated to ensuring perfect product for your application.

With our recent development of new and innovative photo initiators, hybrid cationic curing epoxy systems can now also be cured in seconds and up to a few cm depth.

If you are looking for uv cure epoxy for different needs like 3D Printing, Composites, and Coating

uv epoxy

3D Printing

The excitement around the promise of 3D printing has opened the floodgates. New printers are being developed every day. Typically 3D printer uses thermoplastics and resins. This new material, our epoxy based EPV series, opens up another channel for 3D printing that has high strength structural applications that can stand extremely  harsh environmental conditions.

Composites

A one-part resin that requires no catalyst or mixing, has an indefinite pot life, and cures in seconds when exposed to UV/LED light – it sounds too good to be true. If there is transmission of UV energy to the composite our UV/LED light curing epoxies enables it. It Increase process speeds without loss of properties:

  • Excellent mechanical properties
  • Unique toughening system
  • Extremely long pot-life
  • No mixing
  • Low viscosity
  • High temperature stability

Coating

Conventional coatings are generally dissolved in organic solvents or dispersed in water. Curing  proceeds by solvent evaporation. While UV-curable coatings does not contain solvent and cures in seconds upon exposure to UV.
We  have developed  UV-LED curing coatings that are used to cover the surface of substrates or components to protect them from destructive or harsh environmental conditions.

  • Excellent mechanical properties
  • Unique toughening system
  • Extremely long pot-life
  • No mixing
  • Low viscosity
  • High temperature stability
